I had a feeling that might be the answer. :)

I haven't been building with tqt3 because of the mess with TQT_INCLUDE_DIRS. Before then tdelibs would not build when I used tqt3. Now that the TQT_INCLUDE_DIRS problem is gone, I'll try building everything on tqt3.
