If you feel motivated to change the assigned person, you better also reassign all the ones Tim is assigned too which he hasn't made progress on. The designation doesnt prevent anything from happening at all... Like I said I'm working in getting tde up and running.

All of us are busy. If you are not going to follow through or can't follow through because of obligations then at least reset the assignments on the affected bug reports.
