Bug fixes are generally acceptable during the hard freeze, as long as they
are not changing large chunks of code that would then require significant
amounts (i.e. weeks) of retesting.

So, if I think they should be applied, am I supposed to add them to some list or as a depend for some bug or mark up them somehow?
