the file tde-chunk.xsl doesn't exist in the target /opt/trinity/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization since I've not completed the installation of tdelibs. It is located in the source path tdelibs/kdoctools/customization/. I did a new git pull. file tde-chunk.xsl exists there and has a xslt content (not empty!) but still I get the same error :( any other clues?

You don't get the same error, because your first message indicated that the file is empty. If the file is not empty and you get an error it must be different error, if the file is empty after you start building, then something is overwriting your file.
