glibc-2.26 introduced a build breakage with TDE (TQT3,
TDEBase) due to the removal of rpc. Any plans to provide a
patch?

under Fedora 28, the NIS/YP stuff is 'provided by 'libnsl2-devel',
'libtirpc-devel', and 'rpcgen' packages.
Maybe your distribution provides such packages too.
