If there is a better place to submit patches, please inform, I haven't done before. Due to the size of the patch (23MB), I have it available at https://oo.tanuki.agency/Patches/0001-Fix-Docker-build-environment-website-went-down.patch.

It has to be this size as a website went down and I made it not rely on external files so it doesn't recur.
