Here is a short list of bugs that affect me.

385, Unmounted removable device icons do not appear on the desktop

I think this is related to other system component, maybe udev. I've been having that problem with KDE 3.5.10.

I am of the opinion that the checkbox should go away, permanently. While performing sudo requiring actions, you should always insert the password or you're liable to have other software do what it wants with the machine.

Hmm... This may be sudo related.
 
394, Problems with DCOP After Using kdesu
427, NumLock light does not reflect actual state

I use kdesu a lot. Those bugs are especially hindering.
