Certain combinations of operating systems and graphical toolkits allow
menu accelerator hints (underscores) to be hidden unless the first key in
the accelerator sequence is depressed (usually Alt).  When I was updating
the style API I noticed that this feature was supposed to be part of Qt3
way back when, but Trolltech never implemented it.  As I kind of like the
idea, I went ahead and implemented the feature; it can be activated with a
checkbox in the style kcontrol module.

If it is working ok, it probably should be a default setting.
