I am a long term trinity user, and had to switch from ubuntu 16.04 to 24.04

I am using a Thinkpad X1 (2017)

uname -a returns

I added

deb http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/deb/trinity-r14.1.x noble main deps

# Optional sources
deb-src http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/deb/trinity-r14.1.x noble main deps

then I run

sudo apt-get update

and received

: Skipping acquire of configured file 'main/binary-i386/Packages' as repository 'http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/deb/trinity-r14.1.x noble InRelease' doesn't support architecture 'i386'

so, does this mean, my X1 is not longer supported, or what do I miss?
