I installed Q4OS Trinity last night, and for the life of me, IMPORT is greyed out for me in KMAIL. 

When I first got the KMAIL introduction greeter I hit next

Create MAIL DIR

But when I go to FILE > IMPORT > It's greyed out. 

I guess I am stuck in Evolution for now.
