Hi Baron,

Yes, this kind of thing happens because file managers, even in 2014, do not redraw the content of the directories as soon as changes are made in their content. To avoid this, the file manager should have a way to see when something new is added to the directory, then update the list of what is shown.
The only way to be 100% sure of the content of a folder is to hit ''F5'', to reload the list, and that is to say that files has been correctly copied and that the file manager and the file system is exempt of bugs.
