Hi,

Thank you for the info! Building and compiling software is still not at my reach...
The provided binary packages are quite old.

I think that I'll try to install TDE on Ubuntu-based Puppy Linux instead. Packages are already built and I have a better understanding of deb package installation than Slackware...
