Try Konqueror -> Settings -> Configure Shortcuts.  You probably want to unbind
CTRL-L from Konqueror -> Clear Location Bar, and possibly rebind it as an alternate
to Shortcuts -> Select All to get the GTK+ behaviour.  I'm not sure if that will carry
over to file dialogues, but it might.

(I'm basing the above on KDE 3.5, but it doesn't seem to me like something that
Trinity would change . . .)

I spoke too quickly, I need to select the location bar's contents. It doesnt seem to exist as a shortcut possiblity.
