Debian or Ubuntu?

http://packages.ubuntu.com/raring-updates/flashplugin-installer

For Debian you can use APT source deb-multimedia - see: 
http://www.deb-multimedia.org/

I am not sure.. I installed Trinity via an ISO so its pure TDE. 





I was just apt-get installing over kubuntu.
