Well, to be more specific what we are looking for is high speed mirroring
of our primary source/binary archive.  I would expect to use up to 100GB
for storage, with almost no CPU.  The project itself uses a high power
cluster with over 80 cores, and cannot feasibly be extended off-site.

Do you intend use it only as mirror server, or some services (daemons) should run there too? 
If first answer is true, I could negotiated using of our ftp mirror - http://ftp.sh.cvut.cz/WEB/ It would take much lees effort to keep running.
