Hello Trinity Users:

I am now running Debian-7 (Wheezy) with Trinity Desktop Environment (TDE) 3.5.13.2.  It is great to have preserved this stable and familiar desktop.  Thank you to all the developers for maintaining and improving TDE.

With Wheezy, the default audio system becomes pulseaudio. Kmix-trinity  does not provide the details of the sound card settings through pulseaudio.  I found an alternate package, pavucontrol, which does a fair job of providing the functionality I need.  However, I miss the clean look and feel of kmix.

Is there an alternate package that you could recommend to configure my sound under TDE for pulseaudio ?  Or alternately, is there a simple way to switch back to alsa as the basis for the sound, and drop pulseaudio ?

Thanks
