Logged into TDE, in Konsole, show output from (using sudo as necessary; or via

Konsole's session menu, select to open a new root shell tab):

mount | grep nvme0n1p5

ls -ld /media/chris/DATA

ls -ld /home/DATA

ls -ld /home/chris

ls -ld /home/chrisontde

Try all the same commands from a cinnamon session in whatever terminal it offers,

to compare.
