Autostart Manager

Because smserver often crashes during logout because Firefox is running, I wrote a little script to kill it at shutdown, but it's not working, perhaps because Autostart Manager's Shutdown processing runs too late? If I remember to run the script manually before logging out smserver does not crash, but I don't always remember. Does Autostart Manager not process Shutdown scripts before shutting down any TDE processes? IMO it should. I am creating a Slackware build environment. I notice the CAMERALIST file in the libkdcraw sources has not been updated. Ever. The URLs in the README file in the sources seem to now point to an ISP and there is no updated CAMERALIST or other files. Is there a place we can find an updated CAMERALIST? Can we update the README to point to correct URLs? Are the two files even used when building the package? Let me know if this should be filed as a gitea issue. Thanks. :)

Hi! I'm trying to get the TQt language bindings for porl working, but somehow I fail miserably: $ pqtsh Can't use 'defined(@array)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.40/TQt/isa.pm line 48. Compilation failed in require at /usr/bin/pqtsh line 15. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/pqtsh line 15. Removing saif "defined" and giving it another try: $ pqtsh --- No method to call for : TQt::Application(ARRAY(0x55a9539e6068)) No close candidate found. at /usr/bin/pqtsh line 652. All example programs and tutorials from "libtqt-perl" fail with the same error message. So I'm asking if somebody has actually ever tried the perl language bindings for TDE and maybe remembers how to get them working? TQT3 FTBFS

Need some help folks. TDE 14.1.3, Slackware 15 64-bit. The build script probably contains preliminary goofs, but always fails with: make install INSTALL_ROOT=$PKG || exit 1 /bin/tquic: error while loading shared libraries: libtqt-mt.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory In the $PKG directory /opt/trinity/lib64/libtqt-mt.so.3 exists and is linked to libtqt-mt.so.3.5.0. I have '-shared' explicitly declared in the configuration although that is a default option. I don't pretend to be a GCC or C++ guru, so let me know what more info I need to provide. Thanks. :)

Hi, I have in .gitmodules all submodules configured with url = https://system@scm.trinitydesktop.org/scm/git/ I want to have GITEA instead remote.origin.url=https://mirror.git.trinitydesktop.org/gitea/TDE/ How can I change it in a safe way? Problem with building TDE on ALT Linux

Hello dear community of TDE. I from ALT Linux community. I want to restore build of TDE in this distributive. I had problems with building of penult basic module of TDE - tdelibs. I get next error at build this module via package build system of ALT Linux - hasher. In general, I take srcrpm from SUSE and convert to ALT. Practically all packages I built with this method. I am aware of the script collection to convert Qt3 software to TQt3: https://mirror.git.trinitydesktop.org/gitea/TDE/scripts/ Can the scripts be used to mostly massage Qt5 to TQt3? What would be missing? Thanks.
