Even when setting a personal default while building
tdebase, new users playing with kpersonalizer will override that default. We can change the default and we can do something about those two branded images.
Much more involved that I fathomed - Noise.jpg does seem the less noisy route :)

To avoid Yet Another Branding issue, I can change the default background image and push the patch (after pulling!).
Sound okay?
Second, do we want to revamp those two branded background images (need graphics person) or delete them?
