Conditional compilation is needed based on the
actual version install.
Ex: in wheezy bluez is 4.99, in jessie 5.23
I'm not sure if it wouldn't be easier to build a new package like
tdebluetooth for bluez5 or alike and just port the old code as is.
I would like to sort this out before going deeper into changes, but this
would be my preferred way as too much changed on bluez side.
