Have these patches been merged to GIT? Or is Slavek grabbing the patches
from GIT and backporting to 3.5.13?

Yes, I backport patches from GIT, or patches from Bugzilla. A few of my own
repairs, I then gave in Bugzilla. (Except perhaps for the repair nowlisten
Kopete plugin, which still have to report it.)
However, it might be good to have its own branch in git to which could be
included fixes for 3.5.13. They should be better accessible to those who
prepare packages for other distributions.
