and one more screenshot: I compiled a program with all 16 threads and the TDE info shows that all the CPU are tacted by roughly 1000 Mhz which is clearly not the max value (Intel page [1] says 4800 / 3500 MHz). But nevertheless the compilation finished as usual in 3–4 minutes, i.e. the CPU is not really slower as usual.

I don't know if this a bug somewhere in the kernel or in TDE power now, just some info here.
