I just used grep to search all of the .trinity directory and there was only
one place that had delete_line and that was ~/.trinity/share/config/katerc
So, I'm out of ideas if restarting doesn't work...

Check in the Trinity Control Center under:

No, it's mapped to <Ctrl>+Z.
Also check in Kate
Settings >> Configure ShortCuts
"undo" --> <Ctrl>+Z
As well as in
Settings >> Configure Kate >> Editor >> Shortcuts
"Delete Line" --> <Ctrl>+Y
To see what is defined there.
Also, if you are using a macro program like AutoKey, check and see what
it
is mapped to.
None installed, but that would affect all applications, not only TDE
applications.
Finally, the mapping could be in Xwindows, but I
don't remember the file
it
would be in nor the program that lets you set it.
But it is where you
map
the low level keyboard or mouse button
keystrokes. (I think)
<CapsLock> is mapped to <Tab> :-) That mappings affect all X11
application, not only TDE applications.
