Drat. It's incompatible, because the GPL specifies that you aren't allowed to add additional restrictions (IIRC, anyway), and "non-commercial use only" is an additional restriction. The Alladin Free Public License is GPL-incompatible because of a similar non-commercial requirement, so look that up if you want the exact reasoning.
