[tde-devels] Can't add Labels to Gitea issues

According to the TDE Wiki, I should be able to (and the template wants me to) add a Severity Level label (SL/...) to issues I create, but this seems to be disabled for my account (jlturriff); or has the Gitea interface changed since the Wiki entry was created?
