Hardly intutive, and definitely not discoverable.
And still I did discover it myself without assistance between your message and mine ;) But for me it is "intuitive", or at least already-known shortcuts, as Ctrl-L triggers the location bar on Konqueror and Firefox, and Ctrl-U is the standard UNIX line-erasing sequence.
