But for me it is "intuitive", or at least already-known shortcuts, as
Ctrl-L triggers the location bar on Konqueror and Firefox, and Ctrl-U
is the standard UNIX line-erasing sequence.
You could
still type the directory name by typing Ctrl-L
Ctrl-U /wherever/you/want Enter. No click needed.
Hardly intutive, and definitely not discoverable.
