11.4 is out and all KDE3 users in OpenSUSE report the same
error: crash in kcontrol icon theme module which makes kcontrol entirely
empty on default install. The crash depends on used icon theme, but the
most themes crash that module.
I suspect the problem originates with zlib.
Serghei and I may know the cause of it - this may have affected
openSUSE's KDE problems, too. Tim, please get on IRC ASAP.
