Yes, other software can be outdated if it was updated after the
sources for 3.5.10 were grabbed for Trinity. I think that is where he
is getting at.

is interesting why the versions are older. Was Trinity branches
before KDE 3.5.10?
A few applications were released upstream of Trinity after they were
copied to SVN. ktorrent and kaffeine were among them. Yes, they should
be upgraded in the Trinity SVN before 3.5.13 is released.
