Check in the Trinity Control Center under:
Regional & Accessibility >> Keyboard Shortcuts >> Application Shortcuts
and see if Undo is maped to Ctrl+Y there.
Also check in Kate
Settings >> Configure ShortCuts
As well as in
Settings >> Configure Kate >> Editor >> Shortcuts
To see what is defined there.
Also, if you are using a macro program like AutoKey, check and see what it
is mapped to.
Finally, the mapping could be in Xwindows, but I don't remember the file it
would be in nor the program that lets you set it. But it is where you map
the low level keyboard or mouse button keystrokes. (I think)

There is no match for "Ctrl+Y" neither in /etc/trinity nor
/opt/trinity/etc/.
So ... did I miss something? Or is "Ctrl+Y" hardcoded somewhere to be
"Undo"?
