I have seen this file also in my local logs, but it is harmless. I guess it
is from some plugin - the default setting.
However this has nothing to do with the OOO issue Mike has.
I suggested that Mike removes the gtk2-tqt-engine as it was causing
problems, but he did not follow on that.
