Now that qt3 must be built from Trinity sources, should qt3 be available in the svn tree dependencies?

We really can't upload it to the KDE project's SVN tree, but it will be available very shortly as a separate tarball download. Also, the next release will be unified from GIT, so the issue will not persist.
