I ran across the same failure with tdevelop as with tdewebdev, but I can't fix with
the same patch. That's why Tim will need to review to verify the patches.

When I pull this next set up updates, do I need to build tqtinterface and then
everything after that again? Or, can I just rebuild tqtinterface and not
everything else?
