It's not very important. You can update the site with italic if you wish to.

Even if I see well my colors, the color difference is not 100% evident to
me, but with the italic text, it is more visible.
I honestly don't think the italics are necessary either--the headers are
differently-coloured, in slightly larger text, and outdented relative to
the links below them.
