Yes, Pull the latest source from out GIT repository with:
git clone http://scm.trinitydesktop.org/scm/git/tde
and rebuild/reinstall Qt3 from the sources in the main/dependencies/qt3
folder.

cmake configured just fine. Right now I'm compiling and it goes just
fine.
