I don't know how your packages were built. All but the theme manager
are
standard in 3.5.13 and GIT, at least with my Slackware builds. I'm not
patching anything to obtain those modules.

So basically there is a patch to enable theming of the ksmserver
dialog... from who knows where. Pawel showed me a few weeks ago.
my vote is to not enable it, it's just more bloat.
