Note to all concerning QuickBuild (the key and PPA server): There was an issue with the Debian PPAs as of earlier this morning, causing them not to redirect to the mirrors as they should have. I have since resolved the issue and confirmed that it is fixed; one user on IRC is now reporting 500KB/s+ download speeds. If the problem persists for any reason please mention it here!
