As I mentioned in Bugzilla, this patch restores the original behavior - that
the new message window is registered in the DCOP. Just consider this a
sufficient reason for pushing it to the GIT. Any objections?

The original code is obviously very dependent on the distribution. New
(general) seems to be ok. Version dependent on the distribution may be as a
patch in the tde-packaging. Therefore, I propose to push it to the GIT. Any
objections?
