All of the Makefiles include references to LIB_KUTILS, but the libraries were renamed to tdeutils*. As long as we are moving quickly with various renames at the moment, should we rename LIB_KUTILS -> LIB_TDEUTILS? I know this requires changes to all admin directories and complete rebuilds for everybody, but seems like the correct thing to do.

Incidentally, due to the archive rebuilds required, R14 release is pushed back to end of September 2013. I expect the first RC to be available in a couple of weeks, as long as no more admin/ changes are needed.
