All of the Makefiles include references to LIB_KUTILS,
but the
libraries were renamed to tdeutils*. As long as we are moving
quickly with various renames at the moment, should we rename
LIB_KUTILS -> LIB_TDEUTILS? I know this requires changes to all
admin directories and complete rebuilds for everybody, but seems
like the correct thing to do.

Go ahead, but quickly please. :-)
Incidentally, due to the archive rebuilds required, R14 release is pushed
back to end of September 2013. I expect the first RC to be available in a
couple of weeks, as long as no more admin/ changes are needed.
