Now that I can build kdeadmin that patch would be handy. I can patch here
on-the-fly, but should be part of SVN.

Yes, I missed it. Also, it was created backwards; i.e. it tried to
*remove* the additional lines from the patched file. I ended up having to
apply it with the reverse flag for patch.
It is now in SVN as of revision 1174283.
