Anyhow I am puzzled by the fact you see this errors and I don't.
Do you see some items without icon in Konqueror (in /bin or
/opt/trinity/bin)? In my system, all files have an icon on the left side
I have Konqueror in iconv view mode.
View /opt/trinity/bin directory looks like this:
