As far as I can google it, CC BY-SA 4.0 is
one-way compatible with GPL 3.0, but I have found no mention about CC
BY-NC-SA 4.0 and GPL 3.0 compatibility. - -NC- stands for Non-Commercial and should
therefore not be a problem
with GPL 3.0, but unless there is a clear indication that CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 is GPL 3.0, we
can not usd the theme in
TDE.
Drat. It's incompatible, because the GPL specifies that you aren't allowed to
add additional restrictions (IIRC,
anyway), and "non-commercial use only" is an additional restriction. The
Alladin Free Public License is
GPL-incompatible because of a similar non-commercial requirement, so look that up if you
want the exact reasoning.
