Yes,
It is a true mng. However, I did NOT save it as an animation. In gimp you can
save layers as animations in mng format. There was only a SINGLE layer in that
file. So while it has the .mng graphics header, its does not have multi-layer
animation. In essence it is a NON ANIMATED .mng :)
