I tried on my test machine with Ubuntu 13.10
(Saucy) uninstall ConsoleKit and
now I have the same problem with the proper initialization SystemD session.
In the coming days I will try to work on it.
Thank you Slavek - It is indeed a real problem for distros moving to systemd.
