I have, too. For best results, you often have to clean the file by hand afterwards.

We're always going to have that risk--we just need a sufficiently different salamander (or heron or whatever). There's probably no one using a cartoony heron or a salamander with T-shaped markings or . . . well, you get the idea.
I'm guessing that introduction of anything like this in TDE itself is 14.0.1 at the earliest.
I can't see us having a special release just for the mascot, and even once we settle on something, tracking down every piece of artwork with Konqui in it may take a while, so I'm guessing that it won't be until after 14.0.1.

What about a bee or an ant? They are both efficient and productive animals, which was go perfectly with the TDE. Cheers Michele
