OK. This control module in Trinity is non-functional and does not affect anything. It has been broken by the criticized patch from Chakra.

I usually test the patches before applying them. I tested this patch and found that it breaks the system and does not introduce anything valuable instead.
I suggest you to employ a similar practice, i.e. not applying the patches without testing.
