New About Web Site Page and FAQ

Hi folks, Just in case this slipped your mind, you're new, or did not know, we have an updated About page for our web site. The new page contains an FAQ too. This draft document is open to peer review and changes. Whereas I am acting as final editor-in-chief, the document is something everybody here is encouraged to review and help write. We need a good document and we need fact checkers.
