Can you give it another shot? The access controls are still a bit new to me, so I may not have set your account up correctly the first time around.
Still can't get in. I started Firefox in safe mode and that made no difference.
Is it asking you to log in when you try to save the changes? If so, what does the error message say when you are denied access?
