The problem has been fixed in SVN revision
1254856 by replacing all of
the
MPL licensed files with publicly available GPL or dual-licensed files
from
the Internet. Compilation checks out OK so I assume this was a simple
oversight on the part of whoever originally included those files in KDE.
Cannot it build directly with Linux kernel headers, without copying them?
