As I have now traced, the change is probably associated with updating libxml2
to 2.9.1+dfsg1-4:

did not inquire about the details of what is happening in
docbook tool chain, but I have prepared catalogs in XML format.
Hi Slavek,
I will try to take a look at this problem as well, but will probably be
over the weekend. It seems strange they decided to drop SGML. Are you
experiencing the problem only in filelight?
