Etherpad breakage

Hi all, Most of you are probably about to discover that our Etherpad instance has changed. (To top that off, linking like this [[2]] no longer works and the tags view still does not). There are currently two pads on there (as the rest were dumped): the Rules and README (shamelessly copied from etherpad.trinitydesktop.org) and July Meeting Topics.
